Since welcoming 11-week-old son Finneus James, her first child with husband Jesse Warren, the actress has done her best to maintain a seemingly normal schedule.

“I always feel better if I take the time to do my hair and makeup and get dressed well in the morning, so that was a priority to me to make work, even with a newborn,” the former No Ordinary Family star, 30, tells What to Expect.

“Our new routine: After I feed Finn in bed in the morning, I give him to my husband to cuddle for 20 minutes while I get time to myself.”

Fortunately, her years working onscreen more than prepared Reeser on covering up any evidence of late nights with baby!

“I’m very used to sleeping and waking at odd hours, so there are certainly days when I’m happy to have products I can count on,” she shares. ”Right now I’m relying on Clé de Peau concealer, Nars Orgasm blush, and a good lip color when I go out.”

But even when the lack of shuteye is more than a new mama can stand, Reeser encourages new parents to still take time to “savor” each and every moment.

“Before you know it, your once teeny baby will be toddling around the house and you’ll be longing for the days when you could cuddle his tiny body in one arm,” she says. ”Even while you’re fighting through the lack of sleep and diapers and leaking milk, recognize that not too far in the future you will be missing these days with this brand new little person.”

Autumn Reeser, who stole our hearts on The OC and then deserved better than her role on An Ordinary Family, will come on board the CBS drama in the potentially recurring role of Dr. Akina, a maritime museum curator. She’ll first appear on episode two and get close to Danny after helping him and McGarrett with a murder investigation.

Hawaii Five-0 is playing host to an Entourage reunion this fall, casting Autumn Reeser as a love interest for Scott Caan’s Danny.
Reeser — whose Entourage character Lizzie Grant rarely, if ever, crossed paths with Caan’s alter ego Scott — will play the potentially recurring role of Dr. Akina, the curator of a maritime museum who lends her expertise when a murder investigation takes McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) and Danny into the world of sunken treasure.

Danny is instantly smitten with the brainy and beautiful doc (how could he not be?!) and by the end of the episode the two [spoiler alert].

This marks Reeser’s first TV gig since wrapping ABC’s No Ordinary Family in the spring

More than a month ago Autumn and her director husband Jesse Warren became first time parents to little Finn and introduced him to the world via this family photo.

It was announced a few months ago that ABC did not pick up Autumn’s series, No Ordinary Family, for a second season. While very sad, we await Autumn’s future projects on the big and small screen.

The American actress AUTUMN REESER announced that she is pregnant with her first child on the JIMMY KIMMEL show on Tuesday (30th November 2010), reports People Magazine. Reeser pointed to her stomach and announced she was “carrying a little extra weight” before telling the talk-show host “I’m pregnant!”.

The 30-year-old actress, best known for her role on ‘No Ordinary Family’ then joked about how her writer-director husband JESSE WARREN would be finding out the good news on his television set. The couple married in California in May 2009. After Kimmel asked whether her pregnancy would be incorporated into a ‘No Ordinary Family’ storyline, Reeser said, “My character is . kind of not so great with men, but it is a superhero show, so it could be a magical something that just happens. Stranger things have happened.” Reeser plays the geeky comic book fanatic ‘Katie Andrews’ on the hit US sitcom.

In 2006, ‘Maxim’ magazine ranked Reeser as the 57th most beautiful woman in the world, and she appeared on the cover on the December issue of ‘Stuff Magazine’ that same year.
